The Meditation & Mindfulness 2 Course has been carefully designed to teach you the most practical and effective mindfulness & meditation techniques and help you experience immediate benefits in your life.
In this advanced course you’ll get an opportunity to really deepen your practice and knowledge of mindfulness and meditation.
The techniques taught in this program can work for everyone and require no belief or lifestyle change.
Each lesson in this course will delve more deeply into the theory behind the principles of meditation and will include seated meditation and other practical relaxation and breathing exercises.

Course Content:
The InSync Meditation & Mindfulness 2 includes a total of 16 lessons in 3 modules. Lessons include audio tracks ranging from 5 minutes to 25 minutes each.
How To Make The Most Of This Program:
In order to substantially awaken your empowered self, we recommend you complete each lesson in order, regularly practise the exercises and strategies and invest in taking the learning and practice into your daily life.
If you are experiencing strong anxiety or fear and seek immediate relief, you will be able to draw upon practices, tools, and strategies that will help you immediately start to feel better.
Tips For Using The Program:
Since a lot of the program is in audio format, we recommend finding a place where you won’t be disturbed and where you can listen uninterruptedly either on headphones or through speakers. You may also find it helpful to take notes.
