Consolidating the Learning

Before moving onto the next Lesson, make sure you are very comfortable with the content and practices so far. In particular, practice the following on a daily basis:

Straw Breathing
Pratiloma Practice 1

Also, take the time to reflect on your current breathing patterns.  Be alert and mindful to your breath during the day. See if you can identify an aspect of your current breathing patterns that could be improved.
