Your Course Instructor

Kieran O’Callaghan is a leadership and life coach, and the creator and director of the InSync Body, Mind and Life System. He is also the founder of the InSync Yoga and the InSync Body Mind Life system. For over 40 years, Kieran has coached, mentored and conducted transformative programs for thousands of individuals and organizations. At the heart of Kieran’s approach is supporting people in their quest to achieve the highest levels of health, happiness and authentic success.
From early life, Kieran had a strong desire to help others and understand life, people and how and why we can all have such different experiences in life.

Kieran has designed and facilitated an enormous variety of programs for managers and leaders in government departments, as well as many influential private sector organizations; from senior executive levels through to middle managers and lower level staff. He has also been active in large-scale projects to bring together leaders and the community to promote peace, reconciliation and intercultural harmony. Kieran is one of the most experienced yoga and meditation teachers in Australia and has trained many others to teach these skills.
