By further tuning into our current breath patterns we will start to understand more about what has shaped our current habits and how these are linked to our emotions, posture and well-being.  We will learn what to do when we notice that our breath shifts towards an unhelpful pattern and practice the tools that can change this to support improved well-being.  By understanding what poor breathing is we will start to explore why nose breathing is so important for developing and maintaining good respiratory tone.
