Identify two sensations in your body that you associate with anxiety. Remember the sensations are simply information signals that our body is giving us. Unfortunately we have learned to misjudge them. We want to change that and listen to and learn from our amazing bodies.

See if you can write down the qualities of these sensate experiences that we don't like. And remember, we've learned to misjudge a really good friend. We want to change that.

Reflect on moments in your life when you have really listened to your body and it made such a helpful difference. What were these occasions? What were the sensations and the experience?

What have been some of the most helpful learnings and insights you've gained so far from the program? What is working well for you? What do you need to focus more on to gain greater benefit from the program?
