Learning and reflections
How are you going with the three goals you identified in Lesson 11: opening up to the three things you previously have resisted, don't like or don't want? Reflect on any progress you've made towards any of them. Just the decision to open up has an impact.
*
Go back to your Learning and reflections and your Action focus in Lesson 11 - what you don't like, don't want or resist. If you've made great progress with these, choose three more goals. Otherwise, continue working on the original three. Reframe them in terms of improving your relationship with yourself, your individual life and life.
*
For example, you might really hate the cold weather. You might reframe it, learning how to open up to the gifts of the cold weather. Anything you really like and appreciate in the cold weather. For example, you get to wear your favourite boots or you get to snuggle up and be cosy by the fire, or you love doing winter sports.
*
Clarify your strategic approach to achieving these goals. Work out simple steps towards opening up to what you resist. You might create five or six steps. Start with the easiest as step 1 and when you're reasonably comfortable with that one proceed to step 2.
