How have you been going with the Body-Mind-Breath Check In practice?

How regularly are your practising the Transformative Breath Practice? What's your experience during and afterwards? Ideally, you have at least two periods each day where you can do your longer practice. Ideally, one practice you do in the morning before breakfast and the other later in the day, perhaps before dinner or a little later. Remember, if you have any acute anxiety or imbalance, do an extra practice before lunch. Ideally, you are creating rhythms in your life that will sustain balance and empowerment.
