Time Commitment:
Lessons include a variety of tools, practices and wisdom to help you immediately start feeling stronger and more in touch with your true Self. Each lesson varies in length from 30-60 minutes. To get the most benefit of the course, we recommend doing 1 lesson at least every 2-3 days and doing the daily practices in between each lesson
