How are you going with your goal of opening up to the three things you previously have resisted, don't like or don't want? Reflect on any progress you've made towards any of them. Just the decision to open up has an impact.*
If you've made great progress with these three goals, choose 3 more goals. Otherwise, continue working on the original 3. Reframe them in terms of improving your relationship with yourself, your individual life and Life. For example, you might really hate the cold weather. Reframe and instead ask how to open up to the gifts of the cold weather. Is there anything you like and appreciate in the cold weather? Perhaps you get to wear your favourite boots or you get to snuggle up and be cosy by the fire, or you love doing winter sports.*
Clarify your strategic approach to achieving these goals. Work out simple steps towards opening up to what you resist. You might create 5 or 6 steps. Just start with the easiest as step 1. When you are reasonably comfortable with that one, proceed to step 2.*
